HOW DO I BOOK MY RESPITE?
- Complete our new customer registration form below.
- Receive a quote from us.
- Once approved we will get funding approval. If you are Plan Managed, we will seek approval through your Plan Manager. If you are Self Managed we will require documentation of available funding from you or your Support Coordinator.
- Upon approval of funding we will send you a Service Agreement to sign.
- Once signed we have all the official paperwork completed which locks in your dates.
- We will then confirm your respite booking and send you our information pack so you can start choosing activities for your respite stay!
- We are now on the way to create something special for you.
